Bair Nerfs.

Bair: Now ignores projectiles, meaning all other projectiles will beat bair and not be destroyed.
Bair: Landing Lag: 10 > 12
Bair: Lifetime and hsp have been reduced making it travel less distance.
Bair: Hitstun modifier: .8 > .6
Bair: Crouch armors through it.

(Should let people DI it better so they don't always die to bair > dstrong.)
Dspecial: Knives now despawn on death.
Uspecial: Road roller will now always link into the explosion hitbox vs grounded opponents.
Fspecial: Launcher Knockback Scaling: 1.1 > 1.18
(The move was underwhelming as a finisher and fairly difficult to hit. It should be a bit more threatening at high% now.)

Dtilt 1: Now untechable.

Fspecial Raging Demon: Now has command grab code so it wont drop when hit. No longer a command grab without command grab code.

Dspecial: Knives now pass through platforms.

Dspecial 2: Now extends the lifetime of the knives to 80 frames if it's less than that when used.

Nspecial: Knives now have DI multipliers so DI up no longer does 6%.

This patch should help people who experienced lag with this character.

Bugfix: Grabs no longer magnet opponents hit by projectiles.
Bugfix: Fixed a crash on CSS screen.
Optimization: Reduced lag caused by Nspecial and Dspecial.
Optimization: Dspecial trails will only render when graphics setting is set to high.

Munophone now has accurate information.

Added a bunch of random compats.

Added a new taunt. Old taunt moved to Down+Taunt.

Added touhou death sound.

Knives and Chainsaw no longer adjust color with alts.

Fstrong: Hitboxes Adjusted. Range should better match the visual.

Dstrong: Hitbox Shape: Rectangle > Rounded Rectangle
Dstrong: Y Offset: -55 > -50
Dstrong: X Offset: 5 > 1
Dstrong: Height: 90 > 94
(Should better match visual with slightly less vertical reach, still enough to poke platforms.)

Ustrong: Chainsaw multihit hitboxes now use the sprite mask of the chainsaw.

DAttack: Extended jump cancel buffer window to start from when the attack hits. (Earlies jump cancel frame unchanged)
DAttack: Now take 1% self damage.
DAttack: Hit sfx now play on whiff.

Uspecial: Road Roller Spike KBG: .6 > .8 (Spike should actually be able to kill at high% now)

Jab: No longer has parry stun.

Bair: No longer reflects on parry, only extended parry stun.

Dspeccial: Has extended parry stun. (Had none before.)
Dspecial: All knives are now destroyed on parry.

Nspecial: Now loses all stacks when parried.
Nspecial: Now has extended parry stun. (Was normal.)

Fspecial: Improved consistency of grab connecting.
