Added experience elixirs as a chance to drop when dinos lay eggs based on the size of the dino. Max experience elixir in testing on Wyvern eggs.

Initial Public Release:
+Bonus Sickle
+Bonus Hatchet
+Bonus Pick
+Reusable Bola (works on large creatures as well)
+Reusable Tranq Bola (work on large creatures as well)
+XP Potions (Multiplier and direct XP potions)
Items are work in progress and may need further testing/tweaking. Ini options not fully completed yet.
