Fixed the issue present in the Armory/UI when using modded weapons with alt-fire abilities: a redundant localization string load attempt, which resulted in an error message.

V.1.2. UPDATE

-RESISTANCE FIREARMS SUPPORT NOW AVAILABLE!
Editable in the config. No extra assets required.

- You can now use the config to add alternate fire to your own modded rifles!
Check out XComTemplateEditor.ini !

NOTE: Only assault rifle modded weapons are compatible right now.

Ver. 1.1.

-Added Coil and Laser weapon support!
NOTE: PRIMARILY TESTED WITH FIVE-TIER WEAPON OVERHAUL.
FULL COMPABILITY WITH LWOTC IS NOT GUARANTEED AT THE MOMENT.

- Fixed Plasma rifle alternate fire animation effects not appearing reliably

- Critical damage chance is now configurable in the .ini file

- Brand new ability for laser rifles: Laser Dazzle.
Blind (disorient) the enemies with a brief laser flash! Deals negligible damage. 3 turn cooldown.

This ability is configurable as well.
