Forward Tilt
~ First Hit Base Knockback: 7 -> 5
~ 1st and 2nd Hitboxes should now be techable.
- The jobble should now actually be gone.
~ Adjusted hitbox size and shape of Ftilt 3 to much better match the animation.

~ Some bug fixes, like Meta Knight using USpecial right at the side blastzones instantly killing him.

~ Removed MunoPhone.
~ Added an alt for Landkon!
~ Moved the Parallel Meta Knight alt to slot 26 instead of being slot 7. In slot 7’s place is an actual Abyss color.
~ 2 more alts have also been added as well: Phantom Meta Knight and Game Color Meta Knight, bringing Meta Knight’s total alternate color count up to 28.
~ Fixed Meta Knight’s wings from reappearing after doing a walljump.
~ Adjusted roll SFX.

- First Hit Base Knockback: 5 -> 7
~ First Hitbox now force flinches.
- Shouldn’t be able to jobble anymore. I think.

Neutral Special (Mach Tornado)
+ Initial Hit Knockback Scaling: 0.7 -> 0.8

Forward Special (Dimensional Cape)

- Hitpause Scaling: 0.4 -> 0.8

Up Special (Shuttle Loop)
~ Using this move near the side blastzones should no longer kill you.

~ Fixed the Jab and Forward Tilt input swap toggles not working with Tilt Stick.
~ Added a tip for Forward Tilt in the MunoPhone. This tip also tells you that you can toggle swapping the inputs for Jab and Forward Tilt.

General
~ There is now a toggle for if you want to swap the inputs for Jab and Ftilt.
~ Fixed a visual bug where Meta Knight’s wings would appear when falling despite him not taking them out.

Forward Tilt
+ The first and second hits shouldn’t put Meta Knight into parry stun anymore to finally give Meta Knight a move that is parry-stun safe, since he did not have a move that did this prior to this patch.
~ Cleaned up some code handling tilt canceling with this move.

Up Special (Shuttle Loop)
~ There was a bug where when attacking and landing an aerial out of Uspecial, then doing another aerial and whiffing, it would put you into pratfall. This has now been fixed.
~ Corrected information about this move in the MunoPhone.
+ Using the move grants additional vertical distance to make this move more of a vertical recovery tool.
- Airdodging out of the move puts you in pratfall to prevent usage of other specials.

~ The MunoPhone has been upgraded to the MunoPhone Touch.
~ Added a ton of dust effects on grounded normals and such.
~ Added Sleep Kirby compatibility.
~ Added Palutena’s Guidance codec.
~ Rearranged the SFX placement on some of Meta Knight’s moves.
~ Added Voiced Mode. You can activate it by inputting Taunt during the countdown in an actual match, or in Training Mode, use the cheat code in the MunoPhone.

- Landing Lag: 5 -> 6

+ Frames in between hitboxes: 4 -> 3

Up Special (Shuttle Loop)
- Canceling Shuttle Loop with an aerial and whiffing will cause Meta Knight to be put into pratfall.
- Whiffing an aerial and landing will also put Meta Knight into pratland.
- Letting Meta Knight fly for too long will put him into pratfall.
- Landing normally or wavelanding with Shuttle Loop will put him into landing lag and pratland respectively.
- Trying to input USpecial during Shuttle Loop won’t cancel the move anymore.
- Reduced Meta Knight’s speed when landing.
~ Hitting a wall now has dust effects.
~ Adjusted sfx that plays when hitting a wall.
