Huangfu Song's left active ability didn't function in battle (Rally), it has been swapped for 8 Trigrams formation which does work in tested battle. Other officer still retain Rally, as it works on others.

Minor spelling fixes in the loc file

- bug fix on Encouraging Shout, now correctly applies buff to friendly troops instead of only enemies
