Fixed lightwarp to prevent texture bug

+ spawnmenu icons for npcs.
+ default weapons for npcs (smg1, shotgun and ar2 (friendly ones also can spawn with a crossbow)).
- 4K textures sized down to 1K (I can have them be sized at 2K if wanted however anything above that is really overkill for texture sheets that are 90% flat colors).
+ cubemap reflections for metal parts and screens.
+ vmts refactored to a shared system with the patch shader.
- bodylong and bodyshark texture are now one file (they where identical expect for a small bit of extra space used in the empty UV area).
- screenoff texture is changed from 8x8 to 1x1 and is formated as L8 instead of ABGR8888.
- phong texture changed from 8x8 to 1x1 and is now BGR565 instead of BGRA8888.
+ all the body textures are now BGR565 as the amount of colors they had can fit into this amount of bits and it's higher
quality then using something like dxt compression which creates ugly blockly artifacts.
/ lightwarp and emission_mask texture are now formatted as L8 instead of what they where before since they only contain greyscale colors.

Merged the Hitbox
