Sloppy Threat and Irrational now cost 1 instead of 0, but they also deal higher damages.
Cards created by Indignant costs 1 less until played.
Clipping Noise have its cost reduced to 1
Savage no longer requires lightning reflex to play
Over Extraction no longer require you to expend cards when the fight is over
Card arts added for some battle cards

Gish Gallop no longer give you influence or planted evidence
In the FerryMan mission, if you killed the target's friend (before finding the target), the mission will fail.
The foreman in the FerryMan mission will dislike you now, for various complicated reasons.
Balances (the card) now cost 0.
New Negotiation card: Exhaustion, Umbrage

Track Down now cost 1 action and no longer unplayable
Wide Blockade now cost 2 actions (than 3) and remove only 2 intents
Tall Patronize have its max damage reduced to 6 from 7
Force Anger give you less FLUSTERED now

Gish Gallop have its effect reworked.

Replace the "Options" in "Quick Thinking" to "Sleight", does not effect Sal's Quick Thinking. (they are two different cards)
