I'm planning a full C# rewrite when I next get a few days off from other responsibilities. The source is an absolute trainwreck of four different people's programming styles, and I'd like to see it cleaner, if not more efficient.

Fixed Medical I providing a 50% boost rather than 5% by default.
You'll have to either reset the mod config or manually change it back, but when the config first created it is now fixed.
