+ UAir now launches at a 90 degree angle
+ BAir no longer has kickback
+ Jab has 1 less frame of startup
+ Nair has 2 less frames of startup
+ Teleporting to the cannonball no longer has a hitbox where you arrive (unless the cannonball is burning)
+ Teleporting now has a cooldown of approximately 3 seconds to prevent spam. During cooldown you cannot shoot the cannonball.
+ Bugfixes to repeat parry / cannoball hit interactions

+ REMOVED HEAT METER: Cann still has low friction, however their speed is now constant and none of their attacks use the heat meter.
+ NSPECIAL: Neutral special’s cannonball can now be hit around with attacks by both you and your opponent. After 5 bounces against the ground (or enemies), it enters its burned state, where the next thing it runs into will cause it to explode. Explosion has kill power now, however it is still a multihit. The cannonball also deals damage when it bonks enemies.
+ FSPECIAL: No longer super long, and can be used on the cannonball to not go into pratfall and make it become burned.
+ DSPECIAL: Counter is essentially the same, except if you counter your own cannonball while it is under an opponent's control it will go directly toward that player. Also causes the cannonball to become burned.
+ USPECIAL: Removed the shooting oneself upward, as it was confusing to have it and the other cannonball. New up special is a multihitting fire attack which yeets Cann up into the air. If it grabs a cannonball it will be shot down based on Cann’s horizontal speed as well as being burnt.
+ SMEARS: All of Cann’s smears have been remade, which means that the attacks have a lot less range now.
+ BAIR: Back air now has a bit of kickback on use and is a kill move. It also ignites the cannonball.
+ STRONGS: All strongs no longer require meter to use, thus are weaker. They all can launch the cannonball and cause it to become burned.
+ DTILT: No longer allows for super zooming if down is held.
+ DAIR: Bigger sweetspot, and a slightly smaller sourspot.
+ STATS: Cann’s fall speed has been greatly reduced and their jumps go higher.
+ WAVEDASH: Bully your opponents ears with the sound of a loud metal cannon body slamming the floor.
+ ALTS: Not done yet. If anyone has ideas for cool Cann alts let me know because I’m not an ideas guy >:)

+ Forward Special puts Cann into pratfall if it doesn't grab an opponent while aerial.

1: Reduced the length of smears to be more in line with normal on:
+ Jab
+ Forward Air
+ Up Air
+ Up Tilt
+ Down Air
+ Up Strong

2: Gave Down Special a more readable active window.

3: You can no longer jump / air dodge out of Up Special.

4: Minor hitbox changes to accommodate edited smears (only really noticeable on Up Tilt).
