Projectile counter (Fair & Dtilt) :

- No longer active in move endlag
- (Fair) Iframe given by counter dont cover endlag

~ Fair landing lag is transfered from remaining endlag when touching ground

- Bair can be use oce per airtime, also refund on walljump.

-- Swords from 5tilts deal 1% each. unoptimal for dealing damage comparing to projectile from Nair or Jab.

Now have voice, can be disable by hold taunt during count down. will speak Spanish if taunt after dying.
