- changed lights in parking structure to light_spot for better lighting effect & FPS
- added spotlight cone glare to interior ramp lighting for better lighting effect
- added light props on helipad

- exterior fence entry gates are now static / permanently open (no user function)

- rebuilt nav mesh manually 100% - smoother stairs and general BOT movement

- reworked prop fade scale distances overall
- filled some skybox gaps
- changed sound quality of helicopter rotor sound
- BOTs no longer have access to the ladders via nav - players can use as normal
- opened other ground routes
