Added a Android species tab, where you can start as robots without the need for the gestalt ethic.

Updated the name lists for presapient and crisis species. This should solve the issue with blank empire names.

Update: moved all extra species portraits into their own categories to make them easier to find. Only the contingency portrait stays in the machine category.
