Fixed sunny day bug

Animations:
+ Reworked and Reanimated Uair and Utilt
> Worked on Uspecial's animation more
> Nair has prototype animation
> Touched up Djump animation

Stats - Buff:
+ Jump height increased (8.5,8 > 9,8.5)

Petal Dance - Adjustments:
+ Gave the move soft armor (0 > 9,5)
> Mildy increased the frame data speed of the spin (10 > 8 per loop)
> Reduced hitpause
+ Slightly increased knockback growth on final hit
* Made her Up special connect better and is harder to gimp
> Made the final hit a different window and does slightly more kb
- Nerfed knockback so she wasn't overpowered

v11.7.2021 (Ganondorf Peach update)

* Damage buffs are based on kragg (not exact damage though)

General:
+ Added Utilt (Though probably going to reanimate it in the future)
> Added prototype Uair (Which is basically Utilt but stronger and slower)

Dair - Adjustments:
> Made the move have a sweetspot and sourspot
* Sourspot does 8% and Sweetspot does 11%
* Sweetspot has 0.6 kbs instead of 0.4

Petal Dance - Buffs:
+ In the sunny day field she now does slightly more damage and knockback (on the final hit)
+ Speed boost increased in sunny day field

Sunny Day - Fixes, Adjustments:
> Fixed an error where she would use pollen puff after the thing spawns
> Gave Her a limit of 3 sunny days (Though it would be funny if she manages to get 3 sunny days in the first place.)
+ Counter starts on frame 6 instead of 7
> Move should now halt all of the opponent's movement when the counter is hit
- End lag (25 > 30)
- Cooldown increased on whiff
> Counter has more normal falling speed

Fair - Buffs:
+ Damage (6,8 > 7,9)
+ Angle (45 > 40)

Dstrong - Buffs:
+ Damage (12 > 15)

Ustrong - Buffs:
+ Damage (12 > 15)
+ Slightly increased final base knockback (8 > 8.5)
- First hit knockback growth was reduced (.5 > .2)
+ First hit base knockback was increased (9 > 10)

General - Adjustments:
> Uspecial is now Petal Dance and Nspecial is now pollen puff
* It felt better to make it this way
- Prat land time (9 > 15)
- Wave speed (1.2 > 1.15)
+ Knockback Adj (1.2 > 1)
* Made her more heavy, due to how slow she is.
+ Added Fair
> Air attack landing lag were change from 8 > 10 (not including move that weren't done yet)


Petal Dance - Nerfs:
> reduced hitpause
- She goes in to pratfall no matter what
- Start up (6 > 8)

Bair - Balance:
- Start up (8 > 10)
- Weaken late hit to act more like a weak hit
+ Strong hit base knockback (7 > 8)
> Increased hitpause

Ustrong - Buffs:
+ Base Knockback (9 > 9.5)
+ Knockback growth (1 > 1.1)
* Wanted it to kill easier
> Reduced hitpause on head, so she could actually kill with it.

Dstrong - Buffs:
+ Damage (Combined) (10 > 12)

Dair - Buffs:
+ Damage (8 > 9)

Dattack - Fixes, Buffs:
+ Damage (Combined) (7 > 9)
+ Strong Base knockback (7 > 8)
> Made the weak hit connect into the strong hit more
> Angle (60 > 45)

General:
> Made the crit sfx only play if the knockback is strong enough
- Removed the normal hit sfx
* Kinda felt annoying

Stats - adjustments:
+ Increase Wall jump distance (6,7 > 6.5,8.5)
* Having her have a high walljump would be better for her recovery

Dtilt - buffs:
+ Base knockback (7 > 8)
+ Knockback growth (0.5,0.6,0.7 > 0.65, 0.75, 0.8)
* Felt like Dtilt should have some power

Nspecial - adjustments, buffs:
+ Falling speed decreases faster during start-up
+ Increase H-acceleration (not in sunny day) 0.5 > 0.6
- Decreased V-acceleration 0.475 > 0.47
+ Max Hsp 3 > 3.4
> Hsp is slowed down during start up
> Hitpause growth decreased 0.4 > 0.3
+ Decreased the limit before pratfall can happen
- Decreased damage on weak hits (2 > 1)
+ Gave a final hit (It does 3 damage and has low kbg)
+ End lag (20 > 16)

Uspecial - buffs:
+ Decrease the time you can jump out of the move in the air by 4 frames

Dstrong - buffs:
+ Increase damage (8 > 10)
+ Knockback growth increased (0.9 > 1)

Ustrong - adjustments:
- No longer can fall off ledge while using this move
> Slightly decreased friction (0.1 > 0.08)
* I feel like if this was still in a lot more jank and funny stuff would happen

Bair - adjustments:
> Moved the hitbox 2 pixels to the left

> Reworked - It's now razor leaf
* Though she can't learn it, It could be useful in the long run

Alts:
+ New alts: Flygon, Glaceon, Dunsparce, Qaugsire, Blaziken, Amaura, Braixen, Meowstic
> Fall skin is now a seasonal skin
- Due to the limit some alts were replace
* Imo they're better than the original
