-- Ftilt kill power reduced by 1 base kb and 0.15 scaling

- Uair startup 27f -> 30f
+ Uair dashing speed 8-8 -> 10-10
--- Uair cant steer by direction input
-- require a certain time falling to be able to cancel when falling into pit.

- Dtilt melee hitbox have a weaker push

--- Nair charged hitbox is *much* smaller

(this matter in FFA)

the execution hitbox on Ftilt is no longer a big circle of death that kill at 0
