- Repeatedly hitfalling NAir's multihit will now increase its knockback, preventing an infinite.
- NAir's multihit now has a 0.8x hitsun multiplier.
* The increased knockback resets when landing another move or 50 frames after the last time a NAir multihit connected. This shouldn't be too noticable unless you were chaining a lot of NAirs before.

* Should make things a bit smoother visually. May revert Jab change if it turns out to harm functionality.

- FTilt's frame data standardized (24f startup, 6f active, 21f endlag on hit, 30f endlag on whiff)
* The move's frame data was fairly messy before due to being bound to an article.

* Increasing consistency. It's still negatively disjointed, just not to the same extent.

* This was supposed to be there in the first place, but wasn't actually triggering.
