Uair Sweetspot Priority: 4 > 2 (I really should double check my shit. It was not supposed to be this number. Now Uair tippers should feel more like tippers.)

Fair Hitbox Active time: 3 > 2 (Move is now active for 6 frames total instead of 9)
Readjusted Fair hitbox timing to longer have a 1 frame gap

Only the first bullet from rock tracks the opponent and the rest of the bullets follow that bullet

Uspecial KBG: 0.8 > .65

Fspecial is now destroyable for the first 10 frames it comes out before becoming transcendent. (this one I'm testing. I could either increase or decrease the window or make it completely not transcendent if requested.)

Cleaned up the colors script and recolored the sprites to have some nicer alts (Especially on portrait)

Summary: Rock cooldown is now two seconds long. Uair hitbox is active for 6 frames instead of 9. Fair is overall stronger so that it can't combo into itself as much. Fair sweetspots have different angles again with bottom icicle sweetspot having different properties to fit it being a spike again.

-Dspecial is now a command grab where Yuuto slams the opponent after pulling them in with black hole
-Yuuto now slowly descends while summoning the black hole
-Yuuto now stops in place horizontally while summoning the black hole
-Dspecial black hole is now smaller and has a smaller range
-Dspecial black hole now appears on top of Yuuto
-Dspecial black hole now follows Yuuto
-Yuuto can use dspecial to grab her rock and throw it downwards

Misc:
-Added "Developer" alt
-Adjusted explosion animation for fspecial and dair
-Added player indicator for rocks
