Fixed oversight that caused response message to ?clean_gunners to be sent for each gunner that was cleaned. It now only sends one message

Changed how gunners are stored in the save data. if you had a world using this addon prior to this update, make sure to run the ?clean_gunners command and then ?reload_scripts to restore the addon to working order!
