Oney's inability to use the Tomar Emeralds' knockback boost made him very susceptible to weak knockout power. This update fixes the latter issue, while also adjusting his stronger attacks to assure they KO at proper percentages.

Fixed an issue that caused Oney to gain no damage and knockback from earning emeralds.

Ftilt lasers are now transcendant(other hitboxes cannot destroy them.)
Ftilt final laser knockback increased from 0.5 to 0.6.
Ftilt final laser knockback scaling increased from 0.5 to 0.9.
Ftilt final laser damage reduced from 6 to 3.


Herculad base damage reduced from 11 to 6.


Motifa knockback increased from 7 to 8.
Motifa knockback scaling increased from 0.7 to 0.8.
Motifa knockback angle decreases from 361 to 45.

Motifa projectile damage decreased from 18 to 12.
Motifa projectile knockback scaling increased from 0.5 to 0.7.
Motifa projectile knockback angle decreased from 361 to 45.

Motifa explosion hitbox damage decreased from 14 to 8.


Ustrong sourspot damage increased from 6 to 8.

THE TOTALLY TUBULAR UPDATE

GENERAL
-OneyPlays now has a Munophone Touch.
-There are three cheat codes, including:
[Add or remove emeralds]
[Pause emerald progression]
-[Infinite Final Smashes (requires final smash buddy)]
-Several moves have been changed to play voice lines less frequently.

FIXES

-Fixed Maximum Tomar Time Lord glitch (If Oney lands Maximum Tomar on an armored opponent, they will then be frozen briefly any time Oney is in an attacking state)
-Fixed Ftilt laser recovery animation being missing

BALANCE CHANGES

Tomar Emeralds(Reworked)
-Each emerald now provides a 5% increase in damage and knockback, adding up to a total of 35%. All base knockback values across moves have been reduced to accommodate for this change. Maximum Tomar and its knockback are unchanged, because the emeralds are spent on the first frame the move is used.
-Progress calculation reworked. Progress earned through hitting a player is equivalent to double the damage dealt (emerald progress = base damage of move * 2).
-Emerald progress is now represented by a meter.
-Parrying now rewards Oney Plays with 25% emerald progress.
-Dying no longer removes progress points (still loses 2 emeralds on death)
-Taking a stock now rewards Oney with 50 progress points.

Jab
Fixed jab being unable to be tilt cancelled.
Jab recovery length increased from 7 to 9 (whiff lag is longer)

Dash Attack
-Dash attack can now go off ledge, and can be jump cancelled when committed to the move in midair.
-Initial hitbox damage increased from 8 to 10.
-Remade sprite to be slightly smaller.
-Initial hitbox is now significantly larger and covers more of Julian's shoulder.
-Lingering hitbox first active frame changed from 8 to 6.
-Initial hitbox base knockback increased.
-Lingering hitbox knockback growth decreased.
-Dash attack recovery frames increased from 15 to 22.
-Initial hitbox now uses a heavier hit sound effect.
-Initial hitbox now has slightly more hitpause and now has hitpause scaling.
-Initial hitbox now has slight screen shake.

Forward Tilt
-You can now hold the right stick to use the laser attack (works with tiltstick).
-Command window for laser increased, making it easier to do.
-Initial hitbox angle adjusted from 50 to 60.
-Laser final hitbox damage decreased from 8 to 6.
-Laser final hitbox knockback decreased from 7 to 6.

Up tilt
-Utilt recovery frames increased from 9 to 11.
-Utilt top hitbox knockback increased.
-Utilt top hitbox knockback growth reduced.
-Utilt top hitbox height reduced.

Down Tilt
-Knockback increased from 5 to 7.
-Recovery frames reduced from 17 to 13.
-Knockback angle adjusted from 60 to 85.
-Damage reduced from 11 to 4.
-Knockback growth removed.

Nair
-Initial hitbox knockback (sweetspot) angle adjusted from 55 to 75(comboes better into itself if not the sourspot.)
-Now has slight hitpause scaling.
-Nair lingering hitboxes active frames reduced from 25 to 16.
-Nair recovery frames increased from 6 to 9.
-Initial hitbox knockback angle adjusted from 69 to 55.

Fair
-Added a lasting sourspot.
-Realigned hitboxes to match new sprite. Its range has increased slightly.
-Meteor damage reduced from 11 to 8.
-Meteor knockback decreased from 9 to 8.
-Sourspot kb decreased from 6 to 5.
-Sourspot damage reduced from 8 to 6.

Bair
-Bair now slightly nudges Oney backwards while also making him fall slightly slower.
-Bair lingering hitboxes active frames reduced from 18 to 12.
-Bair landing lag increased from 4 to 8.
-Bair recovery frames increased from 8 to 16.
-Sweetspot kb scaling reduced from 0.8 to 0.7.
-Sweetspot damage reduced from 17 to 9.
-Nonsweet hitboxes damage reduced to 5
-Sourspot damage reduced from 4 to 2.
-Knockback angle adjusted from 20 to 30

Dair
-Damage reduced from 18 to 12.
-Knockback scaling reduced from 1.0 to 0.6.
-Startup increased from 12 to 16.

Uair
-Hitbox placements adjusted to match new sprite.
-Lasting hitbox active frames reduced from 15 to 3.
-Initial back hitbox active frames reduced from 2 to 1.
-Top hitboxes knockback growth increased from 0 to 0.4.
-Uair now has custom air friction. It is more difficult to move from side to side during the attack.

Forward Strong
-Fstrong hitboxes 1 and 2 damage decreased from 7 to 5.
-Fstrong final hitbox damage decreased from ?
-Fstrong final hitbox knockback decreased from 10 to 8.

Up Strong
-Sweet spot now has priority over sour spot.
-Sweetspot damage decreased from 16 to 13.
-Sweetspot knockback reduced from 8 to 7.
-Sourspot damage reduced from 8 to 7.
-Sourspot knockback reduced from 8 to 7.
-Sourspot knockback growth decreased from 1.2 to 0.9.

Down Strong
-Adjusted priority of hitboxes to make the overall attack more consistent with the sprite.
-Foot hitbox damage reduced from 11 to 7.
-Foot hitbox knockback reduced from 10 to 8.
-Nose sourspot damage reduced from 11 to 6.
-Nose sourspot knockback reduced from 7 to 6.
-Nose Sweetspot damage reduced from 19 to 16.
-Nose sweetspot knockback reduced from 6 to 5.

Nspecial
Removed the visual indicator displayed when Herculad is able to be picked up.


Fspecial
-Fspecial no longer has a coodlown period after Motifa is destroyed.
-Motifa no longer lasts indefinitely when staying on screen. When she hits the ground, she will explode. The explosion has a hitbox.
Crashing hitbox damage decreased from 18 to 14.
Crashing hitbox kb decreased from 8 to 7.
Flying Motifa damage decreased from 25 to 18.

Down Special (Reworked)
-Freddy Freaker is no longer a projectile (does not hurt when walked into.) It can still be destroyed.
-While the freaker is active, Oney passively gains emerald progress overtime. If destroyed, he will be placed on a
cooldown before being usable again. An icon has been added on the HUD to indicate Freaker's availability.

Uspecial
-Startup increased from 3 to 6.

Maximum Tomar
Maximum Tomar now overrides Down Special when usable instead of using Attack + Special.

VISUAL CHANGES
-Added a Tomar Emerald Progression Bar to show how close Oney is to finding another emerald.
-All animations tied to dash, jump, and hitstun have been updated.
-Julian now melts away independently from Oney's sprite.
-Added a new Rainbow Skin, "JULIAN".
-If Maximum Tomar misses, Tomar will appear separately from Chris. Chris will still be at a 40 frame disadvantage.

RUNES
-Added abyss rune support. And yes, he has all 15!
