=] Removed an unneeded overwrite file. [This won't affect anything, I'm just documenting this change.]
=] Increased the trait selection maximum to 99. [Another thing done in RPG Traits' stead, to ensure maximum customizability.]
=] Localization files have been split up into different categories. [This shouldn't change anything on the user end, though if anybody's made localization patches for RPP, they may have to move things around to adhere to the new system. This will make sorting things easier for me in the long run.] (TODO: Split Localization Files into Categories)
=] Non-Subterranean origins should now be able to use Subterranean planetary decisions when the Subterranean Paradise ascension perk is active.
=] Fixed a spelling error in the (currently unimplemented) Subterranean Paradise modifier [Totally unnecessary to document, but I'm doing it anyways. This is for when I add the Subterranean Planet in the future.]
=] Added references to various states of damage to the (upcoming) Subterranean Planet concept.
=] Added several missing images, icons, and interface files for Subterranean origin icon and Ascension Perk.

=] The Cloning Trait's cloning buildings now have localization strings.

==] Pop Food-Mineral Hybrid Upkeep [Substitutes some Food upkeep with Minerals.]
==] Pop Mineral Upkeep [Replaces Food upkeep with Minerals.]
==] Pop Food-Energy Upkeep [Substitutes some Food upkeep with Energy.]
==] Pop Mineral-Energy Upkeep [Replaces Food upkeep with a combination of Minerals and Energy.]

==] Pop Base Energy Production [For all base production traits, Pops with Slavery or better living conditions (essentially, not being assimilated or purged) produce an amount of these resources per month for completely free, on top of job production. =] The following GLOBAL traits have been changed:
==] Subterranean trait may now be used by the 'OTHER' archetype. [This is a purely technical thing, and doesn't really have any affect on anything unless somebody makes a unique species portrait set or screws up a species portrait set.]

=] The following BIOLOGICAL traits have been changed:
==] Fixed the Leader Experience & Levels trait not having proper incompatible traits. [It's an issue of copypaste, to be perfectly honest. I copy-pasted while making negative opposite traits and forgot to actually make sure they they were negative. This would mean that you could mix and match all of the leader experience traits.]
==] Fixed Overall Army Modifier traits only affecting army damage.
==] Food Upkeep traits now also affect mineral and energy upkeep for Pops. This does not affect job upkeep. [This change is for the new pop upkeep-modifying traits above.]
==] Multiple Food Upkeep traits have had their descriptions and quotes modified to fit the new upkeep traits.
==] A few Food Upkeep traits have had their names changed to better fit their descriptions.
==] The cloning traits now, if selected before game start, spawn a cloning building on all of the empire's starting colonies. A free building slot is given to these planets, but are NOT given to any other down the road. (TODO: Event that does this, Planet modifier that adds building slot)
