- Lowered default ducking speed

- Rewritten code
- Fixed majority of bugs
- Removed noclip speed (it would change for everyone, use sv_noclipspeed instead)
- Speed is now kept the same even after dying

- Now you can adjust noclipping, ladder climbing, ducking and unducking speeds
- Optimized and cleaned up the code
