Added double-weight variants of lowboy cargoes! Compatible with the single lowboys from this mod too!

Added single lowboys (2 axle and 3 axle) with weight limits removed. For those people who don't like long or articulated trailers, but still want to take heavy cargoes ;)

Made custom trailer definitions, so cargo weights are now the same as displayed in game (120,000 lb cargo will actually weigh about 120,000 lb).
