Pikachu
Mechanics:
The Charge Meter received a huge update. We have exchanged the Cell-Battery relic’s effect with the old Charge Meter's one. For those unfamiliar with the relic, here is what the Charge Meter now does: It now take 2 cards (Attacks or Skills) to enter a stance, but at the end of every turn you return to the center of the gauge (Neutral stance). This allows you to use the stances effect more frequently. But we also reduced the power of the “on Exit effects”. Now, you gain 4 block instead of 7 when leaving Positive stance and you evoke 1 orb instead of 2 when leaving Negative stance. The Cell Battery relic makes you take 3 cards (Attacks or Skills) to enter a stance, but you no longer return to the Charge Meter's center at the end of the turn.

Relic:
-Light Ball relic: Once per turn when you play a power and you are not in a stance, gain 1 orb slot.
/This nerf was made to put the relic more in line with the new charge gauge. /

Cards:
-Thundershock: cost 1: Deal 5 damage. If you are not in a stance gain 1 energy.
-Charge beam: cost 1(0). Inert. Channel 2 orbs. exhaust.
-Electric terrain: cost 0: Inert. (retain). Enter Positive stance. Exhaust.
-Speed swap: Same changes as “Electric Terrain” but for Negative stance.
-Quick Attack: cost 0: now common. Deal 6(9) damage.
-Thunderwave: cost 1: Gain 3(4) block. Gain 6(10) more block if in Neutral stance.
-Agility: cost 2: Whenever you enter a stance draw 1 card.
-Electroweb: cost 0: Inert. (Retain) Put 1 card from discard into hand. Exhaust.
-Light Screen: cost 2(1): gain 2 block per empty orb slot.
-Thunderpunch: cost 1. Deal 8(11) channel 1 lightning orb.
-Static: cost 1 (Innate) trigger the evoke effect of your first orb.
-Wild Charge: cost 2. Inert() evoke all orb twice.
-Explorer form: cost 3: At the start of your turn channel 1(2) lightning orb. At the end evoke 1(2).
/ This card’s transformation, was made to help with orb generation and damage in longer fights. /
-Nasty plot: cost 0: Gain 1(2) orb slot.
-Thunder: When you evoke an orb deal 6(9) dmg.
-Slam has been removed and replaced with Lightning rod.
-Lightning Rod: Uncommon Skill. cost 1: Gain 7(10) block. Channel 1 lightning.
-Spark: Deal 7(10) damage. You will not return to the center of the gauge at the end of this turn. Exhaust.
-Zap Cannon: Cost 2(1). Channel 1 lightning orb for every enemy on the board. Deal 12 damage to all enemies. Exhaust.

Charmander
Relic:
-Brave explorer relic: Changed now applies 2 vulnerable the first time the player did not have block at the end of his turn

Cards:
-Dragon Breath: cost 0: Gain energy for every 3 cards in your exhaust pile. (Gain 1 energy.)
-Dragon Pulse: Now can bring back cards a limited number of times. It will exhaust itself afterwards.
-Explorer Form: (Ethereal). At the start of your turn, return one random card from your exhaust pile into your hand. Draw 1 les card per turn.
/This change was made to reduce the card’s power without actually being a detriment to the player. You still draw 5 cards each turn. But now one comes from your exhaust pile. /
-Flare Blitz: Deal damage equal to 7(10) times the number of cards in your exhaust pile.

Squirtle

Relic:
-Relaxed explorer relic: changed now allows you to scry one card at the start of each turn.

Potion:
-Aspear berry potion: now draws 2 as well as discarding any number of cards.

Cards:
-Squirtle explorer form: (Innate) At the start of your turn draw one more card per turn and increase this gain by 1.
-Aqua ring: cost 0: Discard 2(3) cards. For each card discarded this way, add a Flinch(+).
-Gyro Ball: cost 1: Add 1 freeze to your hand. Deal 5(8) damage per status in your hand. Discard all statuses in hand.
-Endure: cost 1: Status deal 5 (8) dmg to all enemies. This damage behaves like an attack.
-Mist: cost 2: Gain 12(16) block. Gain 1 artifacts.
/ Removing the conditional on “Mist” helps the player use the powers “Torrent” and “Rain Dance” without having to overly plan their shuffling or card creation. /
-Scald: cost 1: Discard up to 3(4) cards. Deal 4(6) damage and apply 4(5) burn per card discarded that way.
-Torrent: Whenever you shuffle your draw pile, gain 3(5) temporary Strength.
-Body press: cost 3: Gain 12 block create 2(3) Flinch(+) they cost 0 this turn.
-Flinch+: cost 1: Deal 4 dmg 2 times. Scry 2
/In most of these cards We made flinches more present since they felt a bit like a one note thing. /
-Skull Bash Go: cost 3(2) Retain. Deal 60 damage to ALL enemies. If this is the left most card in your hand, deal another 60 damage to ALL enemies.
/ This change was to enable the player to access the card’s full power more easily. /

Bulbasaur

Mechanics:
-Leech seed power: will now half the amount if the target has not taken damage from any other source.
/this change was made to counter the stalling for hp playstyle that was possible before. /
-Evasiveness drop: The debuff has been modified to affect the enemies block at the end of there turn. Thus, reducing effects like metallicize and plated armor. Its effectiveness was also increased to 50% of the enemies block instead of 25%.

Cards;
-Ingrain+: apply 4 times 1 leech seed to random enemies and lose 2 dexterity.
-Razor Leaf: Lose 2 hp. Deal 10(13) damage.
-Vine Whip: Deal 7(10) damage. Next turn, gain 1 energy.
/ We changed vine whip to help differentiate it from its counterpart: “Razor Leaf”. /
-Mega Drain: Heal 1hp per debuff on the enemy. (Next turn draw one more card).
-Explorer form: Gain 6(8) regen. Lose 1 dexterity every turn.
/we reduced healing overall in this patch the total possible amounts went from 28 for 7 regen and 55 for 10 regen to 21 for 6 regen and 36 for 8 regen. /
-Frenzy Plant: Deal 4 damage and apply 2 poison 3(4) times. You cannot heal this turn.

Charmander:
GAMEPLAY: Burn Changed. Now is reduced by 1 third rounded up every turn instead of by 2 every turn.
(This makes sure burn is not an end all be all debuff trivializing most fights. Exemple: 10 stacks use to go down to 8. Now it goes down to 6.)
GAMEPLAY: Fire Fang card buffed. Burn amount increased from 5–>7.
GAMEPLAY: Fire Fang+ card buffed. Burn amount increased from 7–>9.
GAMEPLAY: Drought card buffed. Burn amount increased from 2–>3.
GAMEPLAY: Dragon Pulse+ card changed. Now draws before bringing a card from the exhaust pile.

Made it possible to use other characters than pokémon when mod is loaded.
Wartortle now evolves into Blastoise instead of evolving into itself.
Basic cards are no longer awarded when doing a draft or a sealed run.
Will-O-Wisp no longer applies burn/weak when amount should be 0.
Fixed a bug where campfire pose would carry from run to run.
Fixed a crash when opening the card library with mod bringing other card tabs.
