- Improved NSpecial startup to be more distinct from other similar moves (mainly FAir and FStrong)
- Fixed taunt rain to be unbashable, plasma safe, etc

Buffs
- Sped up startup and endlag of grounded DSpecial to fit Mudkip's quick playstyle better
Nerfs
- Reduced hitbox size of DStrong explosions a little bit, and made them active for 1 less frame
- Increased endlag of UAir a bit (12->15)
- DTilt at ledge is now slower than the normal version, similar to Matt DTilt
Fixes / Other Changes
- Decreased ground friction (0.6->0.3)
- DSpecial mud puddle now makes Mudkip slippery when he's on top of it, giving him sliding attacks, a long wavedash, etc. Other Mudkips can also use it
- DSpecial mud puddle now interacts with more moves, such as UTilt, FStrong, UStrong, and DStrong
- Sped up DStrong explosions a little to make the active frames less deceptive (the explosion hitboxes are only active for 3 frames, but the slow explosion made it seem longer)
- NSpecial now has parrystun, and aerial DSpecial can no longer go underwater after being parried
- Other Mudkips can now use mud puddles from any other Mudkip
- Added Rain Dance sfx to taunt
