Balancing:

- Adjusted section layouts for Corvettes, Destroyers, Cruisers, Battleships and Transports to the changes of
Stellaris Orion.

- KSE LANCER and KSE REAPER sections are now FRIGATE ship-class sections.

Raised the Wind-Up-Time for all Reaper Q.E.P.P. significantly to balance their DPS.

- Reaper Q. E. P. P. (Quantum Entanglement Projectile Projector)
Very powerful LR weapon in S, M and L size.
Consumes large amounts of energy and has very high build- and maintenance-costs.

KSE Afterburners MK I, MK 2 and MK 3.
Enabled the NSC Electro-Magnetic Flux- and Atomic Photon-Cannons for all ship- types and defense-stations.

Transports are not able to equip the bombardment technologies as they can’t bombard by definition.
This option is hard coded and not mod-able yet (unfortunately).

Reason:
Mixed up 1 file with a dev-version that should not have been uploaded.
