F-Special sweetspot hit fx changed.
D-Tilt now only hits one hitbox rather than stacking.
U-Air recovery frames decreased by 3 frames.
D-Strong will now shoot the last bullet in the wheel before reloading automatically.
Reload decreased by 0 frames and will now play a sound once your bullets run empty.
Added Tilt-Stick support and Compatibility (TCO, Miiverse, Agent N, Steve).
