HOTFIX: Added Odin and Loki armors to arsenal

PRIORITY HOTFIX: Added 1-1 Loki armor.

HOTFIX: Fixed Valk Armor vest, added ACE interacts to most D77 troop bay seats/handholds, fixed an issue with Valk D77 pilot seat not working, and added survival gear to Valk AV-14, D77, D77H SOCOM, and UH144 birds.
