Weathers (selectable Townscaper) just simple blue with oversaturation like most weathers of mine, next to Tarmac 1'

Fences now destructable, should have written that down too just came to me I added that too.

*perhaps the track selection needs a top down perspective simplifed, they're pretty information-heavy now
*pretty sure water is too blue now, I'll deal with that one in the next map with partial transparency of buildings below ground as vertical _c5 duplicate
*Shovels and rakes are not #twosided should subscene them anyway
*4 unused subscenes of plant pots, can't really do them properly as the plants have scale applied naturally which subscenes of this game can't do

Updated Townwhite(Since I did lose the old version (and the new maps) on the old harddrive) with new buildings (who accidentally aren't white but I find the name quite nostalgic now so I guess it's defining how they're small buildings now)
Fences and metal poles destructable, alt routes added and updated, jump with disabled reset on those sectors, house textures 4x upscaled without interpolation.
Subscened _base (might be the only one I forgot to update this on)
Roads now emulate the fancy roads from the game.
Texture location now data/art/textures with townscap_xxxx_c.tga as prefix

*Resetting Water cut into below map since spawning of big vehicles caused problems
*fence rotations are all 0° which isn't the best boundry box per default
*big vehicles make the starting grid quite stretched out, nothing to do about it through unless I adjust the route back to the corners
*Scale now 6:1 rather than 5.5:1 not sure why I made these so arbitrary in the first place.

*of course water has no collision now after fixing it

Bit of clipping on the huge arc removed, gutter float less, water now is #resetplayer_delay, shortcut is less buggy, doors and windows now have it's collision facing outwards. Second shortcut is now a tiny bit wider at the end.
