[WOTC] Proficiency Class Plugin: Phalanx

Big update:

1: Removed negative aim from Ballistic Shields when not using the Shield Rework mod, the negative aim went against the class balance, if you do not like this change simply delete the XComShields.ini in this mods config folder.

2: Added a new ability to the class's Proficiency ability at level 2, Shield Trauma ability to make a melee attack with your shield that leaves your opponent disoriented and stunned for 1 action, upgrade to Shield Bash but does not replace it.

3: Added Shield HP increases as part of the Proficiency ability regardless of Shield Rework being installed or not, you will gain small amounts of Shield HP at each level for 5 in total.

4: Added Autopistols as a weapon option in their primary slot, previously I left it out because I didn't personally like how the animations were on them, the option is there for the sake of the option being there.

5: Lowered the defense penalty of Taunt from -50 to -45 so that the dodge gain in comparison is a +10 instead of only +5

Updated the explosion reduction value to actually reduce explosion damage and not increase it, I am sorry to anyone who might of had issues with this until now.

The Proficiency ability now has an additional starting ability at level 1, Blast Plating which grants you and any allies in 1 tile 40 percent explosive damage reduction, although there is bad news and good news.

Bad News: Phalanx Guard's explosive damage reduction is reduced by 10.

Good News: It should stack with Blast Plating so an overall buff from 50 to 80 percent explosive damage reduction when using Phalanx Guard.

Existing soldiers should be fine on the Avenger, although those in a save during a mission will have to wait till the mission is over to receive the new ability.

Fixed localization for Pistol Expert to now show the different stat values gained from it.

Switched Taunt and Vanguard's place on the soldier tree, this won't mechanically effect anything, this is just to make it fit the way base Proficiency Classes have it set up where the first skill of the top tree is their upgrading Proficiency skill.


Made Phalnax Guard operate like Iridar's Stormrider Guard does when using a shield, in order to buff users who aren't using shield rework, I have added a config setting to disable the Double Downgrade for those who want that off.

I uh found the issue with the squaddie loadouts and has now been fixed.

Turns out I could actually do something about it on my end, although to be fair this part wasn't documented on the True Primary Secondaries mod page itself so I was unaware till now.

But hey that's fixed now.

One other change: Phalanx now has higher hack stat upgrade progression, it is now the same as a Proficiency Reaper. this won't effect any Phalanx's that have already leveled up so far bar any ranks that they haven't obtained yet, but will effect all future Phalanxes.
