Minor localization change:
- Subdue is now Stunning Strike to avoid confustion with Dark VIP knock-out ability.

Config flexibility update:
- Can turn off giving soldiers Stunning Strike
- Can turn off giving soldiers Stay Down
- Can turn Stay Down into a moving melee
-- Turn-ending OR non-turn ending OR blue-move only
-- Uses same configs as Stunning Strike for these options
- Can restrict Stunning Strike into only targetting specific enemies
- Can restrict Stay Down into only targetting specific enemies
- Stay Down has experimental support for cleansing Mind Control to stop weird interactions

Major update: Stay Down now cleanses MOCX units of their Dark Evac timer, meaning you no longer have to worry about any unit you went through the effort of actually Subdueing and knocking unconcsious vanishing on you. Also means that any unit that goes into Stunned via Spec Ops Durability will stick around if you knock them unconscious with Stay Down. This patch is controlled by config, so you can turn it off if you want to fight the timer on evac'ing MOCX units.

Explicitly exclude berserkers. Thought they were a large unit, turns out they are just a tall unit. No longer can you cheese 'zerkers without doing config edits. Also added the Hive Queen ruler to the exclusions.

New feature: Exposed config options to limit the range at which you can subdue enemies as well as the ability to toggle the Subdue ability to end the turn or not. Should be no change to the average user, but there are now config options for those who would like to tweak it.

Added the target restrictions that Subdue has to Stay Down. Should no longer allow the cheese of insta-killing rulers/chosen.

Version 2.0 Release.

Features: Subdue now Stuns and added new ability Stay Down which is available when standing next to a Stunned unit that will allow to knock it Unconscious.

This is to address the negative gameplay experience of not being able to complete maps due to Unconscious units.

Small update exposing the Exclude Friendly targeting restriction to allow for Subdue to be configured to knock out XCOM units if one wants.
