7 New policies! Isolated City Farms, Low income tax shelter, Banking safehaven, Non-age based general education, state universities, Poll Tax and ban smoking!
Ideological Education now allows to encourage Individualism or Humanism. Having it heavily favour each side decreases national education levels.
Nationalising banking does not make capitalists hate you if you buy failing banks.
Fixed the inherent exploit in the game where having several income taxes had no penalty. (To remove this change, go to Steam\SteamApps\common\Democracy 3\SocialReform\data\simulation\situations.CSV, open it with notepad, and remove the TooManyIncomeTaxes line completely.)
Nationalise transportation is now profitable if the amount of commuters is high enough.
