Second (non minor) update for the second iteration of cHUD on the second most secondy-day (within the next 200 years anyways). Finally added a sprite for Rotten Gaper, handful of glaringly unpolished Repentance sprites got the necessary attention, and fixes lots of misc. lingering issues with sprites. Full notes below:

- Colored Rotten Gaper sprite + removed its red X (was unused content when I originally worked on the mod and I don't think the patch notes even mentioned reimplementing an unused enemy so it slipped under my radar)
- Removed an excess pixel on gurgle's sprite
- Mulliboom's bomb has consistent + more accurate coloring, fuse also not colored in now because it looked like hot garbage
- Fixed thin outlines on Conjoined Fatty sprite
