• Update Bank Balance to use the game's internal cash amount, which is unaffected by the Unlimited Money mod.

• The added statistics include most of the statistics from the Eco Stats Mod. Residential GINI is not included because the way it is computed in the Eco Stats Mod is not very useful and I cannot determine a way to compute it that would be useful.
