Adjustment to some moves

- DoT deal damage every 60f instead of 30f
- Hitting reset the DoT timer

- Nspecial base knockback changed from 11 to 7
- Nspecial knockback angle changed from 70 to 65

- FSpecial Cross create a blood orb when landing

- USpecial is not invincible while traveling
- USpecial can be walljump while traveling

- Orb explosion have -1dmg for each orb hit. (will cap at 6 orbs, which deal 6 + 5 + 4 ... + 0 dmg)

Some normal got less stubby

Uair upper part is now all sweet spot

Dattack have more power, startup, and reach

Dtilt have a forward boost

Bair, Dtilt, Dattack no longer apply DoT (and consequencely no spawn orb by hitting those move)
