Added .bat files to the mod folder adding the ability to easily remove either the Shell Realism Mod or the Decal And Parts stay mod.

*Update 2014-07-18*
Mod is updated for the latest version of the game (3.037.0) and now works again, thanks to ColdSteel456 for letting me know the mod was broken!

*Update 2014-06-14*
The original file was converted from Assault Squad to Assault Squad 2 by "mopar". Went through it all today and noticed a bunch of misses and things that were left out. So i have redone it all from CTS latest version of BM mod myself for AS:2. Now there should be no differences between the AS1 version and the AS2 version of the BM Mod.
