Fixed config for the black PEQ-15/Surefire combo units. They shouldn't turn tan on their own anymore.

Fixed a "No entry 'bin/ config.bin/ CfgWeapons/ ItemInfo.scope'" error.
Added mouse-over descriptions in the inventory screen to all effected devices that describe the devices and show what mode they are currently in.

Fixed M27A7 to be able to use lasers again
Allowed M27A7 to also accept PEQ-15A, PEQ-16, and Perst-3 lasers

**BE AWARE** Due to how RHS handles disposable launchers, your laser device will disappear on firing this weapon system. This behavior is part of the RHS scripting, and I am unable to address it myself.

Extended functionality to the RHS SMAW

**FURTHER AWARENESS** The visible laser modes do not display properly when mounted on the M27A7 and RHS SMAW launchers. This is likely due to how ACE3 positions the laser dot, and I am unable to address this issue myself.

Fixed the mod's acronym to make actual sense; is now "ITN"
Files named with or including "ITM" are deprecated
Distributed fix throughout mod, which includes classes.
I'm pretty sure that this will be the last time I need to change the classnames for this mod. Pretty sure.

Hotfix to hide an RHS device version which was redundant under the design of this mod.

Major rework of class structure in order to 1) properly tag all my new classes with "GJB", 2) create a unified class naming system, and 3) create better inheritance trees to facilitate easier tweaking of device performance properties.

Apologies, but you'll likely need to re-save your arsenal loadouts after this update
