Fix admin permissions screwing up

- Bugfixes for compatibility with addons (particularly, CW2 scopes RT telescopics & SF2 particles and depth filter)
- Added logging to console & chat for more verbosity
- Better mounting algorithm: hopefully reduce crashes & more dynamic algorithm for deciding when to mount
