- Added the House of Salvation and Devil Splicers portrait sets.
- Added the Devil Splicers and House of Salvation flags.
- Added new rooms.
- New House of Salvation civic where your empire is given the Splinter of Darkness relic that unlocks Stasis Armies and other powerful empire modifiers.
- New Devil Splicers civic where your empire is given the cybernetic trait and a SIVA Core relic that improves your building speed and amenities usage as well as a moderate amount of nanites.
- New edict for Devil Splicers that improves army and ship damage.
