Update:

- Added two new deposits with their respective decisions: Fallen Station Interior and Fallen Docked Ketch. Both deposits are Fallen exclusive (by civic or origin) and can only be added on habitats.

1. The station interior increases the district size, housing, and offers a small amount of produced ether. Limit of 1 per
habitat.
2. The Docked Ketch deposit adds one building unlock, increased resource capacity, and army defense
health/damage. Limit of 1 per habitat.

- The Fallen Interior deposit has been added to all three stations in the origin.
- Added Ether Servitor buildings to the other two stations in the origin.

Changes:

- Altered some fallen portraits that were noted to have odd animations.
- Fixed the red shank portrait.
- Ether Servitor buildings are now capped at 1 per planet. Slightly increased the amount of Ether they produce.
- The Shank trait is now locked and cannot be added with the Servitor trait.
- The civic Fallen Houses is also locked at the start of a game as intended.

Updated to latest version:

- The previous updates in the change log were small changes to text and some misc. items in the mod.

- Added 2 Kell governments for the origin and civic: One for the Fallen and one for Eliksni Civilization before their fall.
- Added a Kell leader trait for rulers that offers bonuses to edicts and ship upkeep. Will add more in the future.

Update:

- The fallen trait will now unlock the fallen ether processing tech and will automatically add one servitor building to prevent the ether deficient modifier at the start of the game if you start without the fallen origin. The trait will also add two servitors and two shank pops as starting robotic servants.

- Fixed an issue where the ether tech does not appear. The tech will now be tied to the fallen trait.
