Fix bug not allowing choosing AO when in continuous mode.

Fix 'Random' button in arsenal was only randomizing faction units even when arsenal was 'full' or 'map specific'.

Game now runs in 'continuous' mode. After a mission, you will be placed back in the starting bunker ready to start another round. If you have any issues, there is an options (near the bottom of the settings) to switch off 'continuous mode' and end the game after each mission like it used to work.

Added a drag option to the game. Friendly players and AI who go down can be dragged. To stop dragging, use the mouse option or just press AND HOLD the key you use to move forward. This drag works from prone as well as standing. If the ACE mod is found, this drag will not be available as ACE has it's own drag capability.

Optimize faction selection code: If you had a lot of factions (like when using RHS) it could take around 20 seconds to load the factions. It now takes less than 3 seconds and runs during mission start so the faction selection UI should be much quicker too.

* Add ai teammate 'previous' loadout option
* Improve when AI teammates revive:
+ AI will only revive if they are not stopped, all players are down, or they are within 10m.
+ AI that were stopped will return to their previous position after reviving
* Fix bug when arsenal was in 'faction' mode it was empty.
