changed the point total increment from 50 to 25. Fixed HP and FP to limit possible change from unlimited to 30% of ST / HT. WILL and PER is now limited to 20 or IQ-4, as per basic rules
Limited DX, IQ, HT to 20. ST and HP still go up to 30

added quirks & perk costs to the advantages/disadvantages buttons (as well as 7 and 12 pts). Increased the upper maximums from 20 to 30.
