Fixed issue with Origin Knights of the Toxic God that the AI did not have option to research Orbital Habitats while its part of the origin's design and there for should be able to make them.

Finally fixed an issue where AI with Void Dweller did not have habitat rank 1 from the start.

Undid the change I made before and put back in place original intent of the mod hiding the tech from AI unless they are Void Dweller Origin.

Changed way this mod works to fix issue with AI with Void Dweller origin not having the tech.
AI should not pick the research I know this did not work in the past anymore but spamming re pick with human_ai it did not pick the tech even if was available.

finger crossed it good now and only AI Void Dweller should make more habitats.
