Hotfix for 1.4, fixed cubemaps and improved nav mesh. Callouts have been temporarily removed.

- Simplified map layout in appartments (made to be more linear)
- Blocked off the little connector from T stairs directly into garage, now you can still peek through and through nades but not go through it anymore (Ts now need to actually take apps and go over the wooden plank to get into garage)
- Added more cover to both bombsites
- Opened a big area of appartments into middle near the window
- Made Middle more CT-sided by moving away the cover box and replacing the double doors with open arches
- Fixed countless boost spots
- You can now throw all nades through the fence at the bunker near A
- Boarded off two windows at bombsite B to make some unintended super long range shots across the bombsite to T spawn impossible
- removed boards from the office window near B
- made windows at bombsite A taller
- cleared off some props and made lights in apps no-clip for easier movement
- fixed textures and added more detail

- fixed exploits where two players could boost themselves on top of the level geometry near balcony
- made some geometry and props non-solid to make player movement easier

- Greatly improved in-game performance and lighting/shadow quality
- Added 3D skybox
- Replaced car prop in garage with boxes for fairer cover
- Increased height of windows near wooden plank to allow for faster movement
- Made windowpanes less grimey for improved visibility
- Fixed various texture glitches
- Added trims for better visuals
- Countless other minor improvements
