Added two new guns. Tweaked the Snek blueprint to use a saw instead of a suppressor. 4x20 gauge doesnt delete itself anymore for usability as its rather rare to find.

Some new guns. Some sights are reworked and have now an alternate version to craft with the 3x magnifier.
