Version 1.0.3 of the expanded "Peninsula Corridor" route includes further elements of the proposed 'Monterey County Rail Extension' with track work now extended south from Gilroy to Salinas. This stage of the route expansion also includes the new planned track layout in Salinas for when Caltrain begin operating from here.

Version 1.2 of the expanded "Peninsula Corridor" route includes further elements of the proposed 'Monterey County Rail Extension' with track work gradually extending south from Gilroy, CA towards Salinas, CA. This stage of the route expansion extends the main line further south from Castroville towards Salinas.

The current Amtrak station/new Caltrain station at Salinas will be added in the near future.

Stage 1.0.1 of the expanded "Peninsula Corridor" route includes further elements of the proposed 'Monterey County Rail Extension' with track work gradually extending south from Gilroy, CA towards Salinas, CA. This stage of the route expansion extends the main line further south from Watsonville, through Moss Landing and towards Salinas, passing through Castroville and includes the new proposed Caltrain station at Castroville.

The current Amtrak station/new Caltrain station at Salinas will be added in one of the future stages.

Initial Release: Stage 1 of the expanded "Peninsula Corridor" route includes the initial elements of the proposed 'Monterey County Rail Extension' with track work gradually extending south from Gilroy, CA towards Salinas, CA. Stage 1 of the route expansion includes remodelled tracks at Gilroy, CA to enable through running of trains and extends the main line an additional 25 miles south from Gilroy, passing through Logan and Watsonville and includes a new station at Pajaro/Watsonville.

The proposed Caltrain station at Castroville and the current Amtrak station/new Caltrain station at Salinas will be added in future stages.

-Reworked all the original Gilroy route activities to work on this updated route - includes consist fixes** and adds some additional AI traffic where able to.

-More portals added to the full route.

-Track speed changes along the entire length of route from San Francisco to Gilroy.

-Control Points added / named correctly.

-Signalling updates in some areas (some old Tri-signals have been replaced in the real world with modern 3 aspect lights).

-Grade Crossing track fillers all corrected (most were not aligned with the tracks).

-Missing pedestrian crossing gates added.

-Track speed signs added in various locations.

-Tracks laid and scenery completed between Gilroy and Pajaro / Watsonville - includes Watsonville Yard.

-Gilroy Station - platform rework, new signals and through track - part of the "Monterey County Rail Extension" project.

**Most Caltrain trains now have fully functioning front and rear lighting.
**Most Caltrain consists in real life are now a locomotive plus 6 cars - now reflected in the sim also.

Removed Items...
-Gilroy Station building - impossible to build the through track otherwise - I have replaced this with another building and platform in the same location however.

-Atherton station platform markers - this station is no longer in use in the real world.
