Disabled Cruiser and MANPADS weapons. Second bomb mission now occurs at 300s.

Disabled depot's AA weapons. Added a second bomb event (to see whether they stack). Added objective waypoint.

Needed to accept the updated subscriber agreement to allow the upload to steam workshop. Tried 3 times to upload (before discovering how to agree to the subscriber agreement) so reverting back to the first upload attempt.
