- Moved nuke tech from 1943 to 1942
- Re-added states (releasables exist—just ignore them)
- Fixed Axis capitulation scripts
- Kept African cores, so Vichy/Free France should work better (untested)

- Fixed "Awaiting the Rebellion" not being removed for SPR
- Fixed Hungary being able to take Limited Conscription with the Treaty of Trianon
- Fixed neutral flag appearing in Swiss trade event
- Fixed South Africa not receiving trains from focus
- Added bypass for Japan’s Total War focus
- Added Japanese cores on Taiwan and Korea
