fixes for some leaders in Britain and for the whole country of Chile (yes, it was all wrong, apologies)

Fixed the main menu screen, hilariously enough that was supposed to be a loading screen picture, apologies. Considerable amount of anime event pics now added to the game, although theres still a lot to go. Thank you for your patience.

The Superevent Update
Now all of the GWR superevents have fitting anime pictures, hopefully providing more immersion to the player.
Some extra minor additions include 2 loading screens that previously havent been moe-fied yet, and a few event pics

1. Little by little I eliminate all the possible isekai moments in the mod, this will go much faster if you ping me in questions-requests chat on the Edelweiss discord server and show me where youve found a real person trapped in animu world
2. Started to update the event pictures! This one will take quite a while to finish so please be patient. Big highlight of this batch of pics are the Teddy Rousevelt events, hope you like them!
