Fixed AK-12 and M4A1's Taclight Bug. Also fixed UMP9 and UMP45's spawn bug

Upgraded Sop-2's Weapon, integrating her Grenade Launcher with her Gun and now finally fixing her Scavenging Mechanic. HK416's Grenade Launcher bug has also been fixed, but holstered weapons wont show for now

- Added Soppo's Scavenging Mechanic: Will scavenge corpses, adding more health to her hitpoints (changes AI to be more reckless when overhealed)

- All of Squad 404 are able to use Stealth
