General tweaks and changes for better ease of use and stuff.

New Weeb Profession and trait that come with special perks like spawn with cheap mall katana and dakimakura. Also added buff when sleeping with dakimakura equipped.

Added ability to relieve yourself using doujinshi and other items.

More Dakimakura and Doujinshi.
