//This is a combination of buffs, nerfs, and tweaks to janky values. Bupmelon is now a lightweight, their LGM is normalized, and they can wavedash easier.

Up Strong:
- Reduced Hitbox size of the initial hit
-- Severely reduced hitbox size of the second hit
~ First Hit Knockback: 8 -> 6
//UStrong's hitboxes were MASSIVE and needed some kind of reduction. It's now even possible to low profile UStrong's first hit. The knockback nerf is just to make the link into the second hit more consistent from the top.

Forward Air:
~ Angle: 40 -> 45
//I nerfed this last patch, but not hard enough lol. Not sure how much of a nerf this is gonna be though? The higher angle means it'll kill later, but given Bup's air speed, that might also make it harder to escape from mid combo.

Back Air:
- Hitstun Multiplier: 1 -> 0.9
//BAir is an insane combo tool by design, but I figured to make it more precise, it could use some shorter vulnerability when the opponent is hit.

//This was supposed to be based on Kragg FAir, was slightly better than it, and is now slightly worse to account for Bupmelon's better air speed

Up Special:

//Not sure what I was cooking by giving a character with special cancels a powerful multi-hit Up Special that carries to the top blast zone, but it's finally being addressed lol

+ Significantly increased hitbox height, slightly reduced width
+ DSpecial's falling speed now affects base knockback (min 7, max 10)
+ Max Knockback Scaling: 1.2 -> 1.3

Other:
+ Various sound effect changes (Waveland, Dash Attack, FSpecial, NSpecial)
+ Majority of sound effects have been reduced in volume
